Every September, we book a bounce house and chair/table rentals from Castellanos and they never disappoint!! They are always professional, super nice, and go the extra mile to make sure our party is flawless and amazing and my stress level remains low! They are always so patient with my questions and concerns and are so helpful with my ideas! This year especially, I ordered online and didn't realize I order the wrong quantities of chairs and tables. A couple days before, the owner called me to just confirm because she and her husband felt like something was not right. I AM SO THANKFUL SHE DID!!! She was able to add the extra chairs and table and I am so appreciative she took the time to make sure it was perfect for the party. Customer service like that is hard to find these days! Anyways, I would recommend Castellanos Bounce Houses 100% and know they will treat you just right. They are amazing and family owned! But don't just take my word, try them out and I know you will have a great experience!

I would highly recommend renting from this company the owner is very professional and it was so fast putting it up and taking it down. And totally worth the price will most definitely be doing this again. Thank you for helping us out for my sons birthday party.

We rented a waterslide bounce house for my daughter's 9th birthday and the service we received was top notch. From the setup to the break down everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend renting from Castellanos Bounce Houses!

A few years ago, we chose Castellanos Bounce Houses for our church block party because of their reasonable prices and all of the options to choose from and have used them every year since. Heather's response time is extremely quick and she is always friendly. They are always on time to set up and take down the clean houses. At set up, Heather's son is friendly, thorough and professional when going over the agreement. Highly recommended!!!!!

We have been using castellanos bounce houses for a few years now! Last year I met the owners and they are the most friendly, accommodating family ever! They are on time for setup, they have a wonderful arrangements of inflatables, they are clean and they help make our kids birthday party a huge hit! We cant recommend them enough!

Ordered a bounce house for my daughter's birthday and everything went super smoothly. responses were very quick when I had questions. The guys were on time for set up/take down. I was even able to add a snow cone machine two days before the party. Thumbs up, would definitely use again.

Castellanos Bounce House is a family-run business and the owner Heather was amazing to work with. She was super responsive and friendly and the prices are more than fair. In addition, she and her family were very generous with their time and equipment given the event was for a non-profit foster children. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional. We called a dozen bounce house rental companies for a last minute rental and they were by far the nicest and most affordable option. We loved that they accommodated our request because we originally wanted to rent a water slide but the weather forecast changed and we had to switch to a dry bounce house. They were quick to help us find a new bounce house that fit our families needs. They showed up on time. Set everything up and came back to clean up at the end of the day. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks and look forward to using them in the future!
